When to service
Service intervals depend on your system
How often a filter needs maintenance depends on its design, the cartridges installed, how intensively it's used and the manufacturer's recommendations — there's no single interval for every model. Send us the details and we'll suggest a schedule for your system.
For Watreon systems: with regular use, filters are usually replaced about every six months, or once a year before the next season with seasonal use. Cartridges are replaced individually according to their service life, which you can follow in the Watreon client portal, and we send reminders.

Do you service filters bought from another shop?
Yes. We service water filters bought from other shops and online marketplaces, as well as Watreon systems. Send us the brand and model or a photo of the system, and we'll tell you what it needs.
Which filter brands do you service?
We've worked with systems from Geyser, Ecosoft, Aquaphor, Zepter, Voden and Platinum Wasser, as well as less common brands. If your brand isn't listed, send us the model or a photo.
Do I need to buy the cartridges myself?
No. We determine which cartridges and parts your system needs, select them and include them in the quote, so parts and work come from one place.
How often do cartridges need replacing?
It depends on the system, the cartridges installed, how much water you use and the manufacturer's recommendations. We'll suggest a schedule for your system. Watreon systems usually need filter replacement about every six months with regular use.
Do all cartridges have to be replaced at once?
Not necessarily. Cartridges have different service lives, so we replace the ones that are due and let you know when the others will need replacing.
